Unique recruitment process - we hand pick our Au Pairs

Pebbles Au Pair Agency has an office in England but its headquarters are in France. We therefore don't use overseas partners to source our Au Pairs, instead, we recruit them ourselves according to our families' needs.

• We know our Au Pairs better as we are in direct contact with them on a regular basis.
• You will be in direct contact with the team that have recruited the candidates.
  
• The recruitment process is faster as we cut out the middle man.
• We can recruit a candidate specifically according to your requirements.
  

Even more thorough screening of candidates than usual !

We carry out the usual security checks, but we are also able to take the screening a step further

• Application forms are only sent to candidates that have passed an initial selection stage.
• Each candidate is then interviewed by our recruitment consultant. Their English will also be assessed at this point.
  
• All references are followed up by phone and the feedback will be used when running a selection for your family.
• We also obtain a recent police check, a medical report and other relevant documents (ID, driving licence etc).
• A final decision is made by the whole team. Before accepting a candidate,  we will consider all aspects of their application including the interview and references but also their behaviour throughout the procedure - quality of emails, preparation of ther application, behaviour on the telephone, photos etc.
  
•  Only 30% of candidates that contact us make it on the Pebbles Au Pair program.
