• We fully brief all Au Pairs and ensure they have thought everything through before accepting a position.
• We check they have read all your details and asked all the important questions (and understood the answers!).
  
• If we don't have anyone we feel is compatible with your family, we'll tell you and won't send Au Pairs we feel won't fit in.
